  • Role Overview: Evaluating structural reliability, pressure vessels, and piping systems for oil, gas, or industrial chemical facilities.

  • Key Skills & Tools:

    • Technical Skills: Fitness-for-Service (FFS), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Corrosion Monitoring, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT/NDE), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).

    • Software Tools: CAESAR II (Piping Stress), UltraPIPE, PCMS, ANSYS.

    • Codes & Standards: API 510 (Pressure Vessels), API 570 (Piping), API 653 (Tanks), ASME B31.3.
