About the Role
We are looking for a Senior CMS Technical Lead with deep hands-on experience in OpenText CMS and Java to own and evolve our current CMS environment while helping define and execute our transition toward a modern composable/headless, API-first architecture.
OpenText expertise is the primary requirement. Experience with modern CMS platforms such as Contentful, Contentstack, Storyblok, Adobe AEM, WordPress VIP, or dotCMS, along with React/Next.js and API-driven architectures, will be a strong differentiator.
This role is expected to evolve into the CMS Technical/Development Lead, owning the current platform while helping assess the current architecture, define the target-state architecture, plan the migration, and lead integrations and modernization initiatives.

Develop migration strategies from the current OpenText environment to the future-state platform.

Define content migration, integration, API, security, and deployment strategies.
